- Campur bahan olesan, sisihkan. Siapkan bawang, tumis dlm wajan yg sdh dipanaskan dan diberi minyak. Tumis sampai wangi.
- Campur tumisan bawang ke dalam daging, terigu, gula, garam, lada, jahe, kecap manis. Aduk rata.
- Ambil sesendok daging, bulatkan dan pipihkan.
