Bahan-Bahan Thai Tea Cake

  1. Siapkan 2 Sdm , Bubuk Thai Tea.
  2. Siapkan 8 Sdm , Tepung Terigu.
  3. Siapkan 2 Sdm , Susu Bubuk.
  4. Siapkan 3 Butir , Telur.
  5. Siapkan 1/2 Sdt , Sp.
  6. Siapkan 6 Sdm , gula pasir.
  7. Siapkan 1 gelas kecil , Minyak Sayur.
  8. Siapkan 1/2 sdt , Vanili.

Place the Thai tea in a coffee or nut grinder and pulse until finely ground. Stir together the sweetened condensed milk and the Thai tea grounds in a small saucepan over low heat. Langkah-langkah pembuatan Thai Tea Cake

  1. Siapkan semua bahan2nya.
  2. Campurkan telur,gula pasir,Sp,Vanili lalu mixer dgan kecpatan max hingga putih berjejak.
  3. Jika sudah berjejak dan kental tambahkan susu bubuk,tepung terigu,bubuk thai tea.
  4. Campur hingga merata..Lalu masukan Minyak goreng aduk merata kemudian olesi loyang dgn margarin masukkan adonan.
  5. Lalu kukus kurang lebih 10-15 mnt angkat jika sudah matang,Kemudian kluarkan dari loyang dan beri topping sesuai selera.
